We have an internal laboratory, which allows us to analyze all the honey that enters our facilities, ensuring product control at all times.
Analysis
Our laboratory is operated by specialized personnel, they are the ones who receive the samples and carry out the relevant analyzes to ensure the quality of our product.

We also use the services of external laboratories such as Quality Services International GmbH, Intertek Food Services GmbH and FoodQS, which are certified in honey quality analysis.
Traceability
Our traceability program allows us to have records of each honey drum that enter our plant, and with it, we are able to track the whole process from the entry, conformation of lots, plant output and final delivery; guaranteeing the traceability of our product. Organic honey is also subject to documentary controls, ranging from certificates of organic origin to transport and delivery documents. Part of the success of our program is due to:
